Refund and Returns Policy for Amour Lounge
Overview:
At Amour Lounge, your satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our refund and returns policy offers you options within 15 days of purchase.
Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-Eligibility for Return:
Please note that we do not offer refunds for downloadable products or digital goods. Certain items, such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or software, are exempt from returns. Additionally, gift cards and some health and personal care items are non-returnable.
Receipt or Proof of Purchase:
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be granted in specific circumstances, such as items with obvious signs of use, opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records, or items not in their original condition or damaged due to reasons not related to our error.
Refund Process:

Late or Missing Refunds:

Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns:

If you are returning higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
